Buyers have snapped up three homes ahead of the event, which will include a free grazing box or potted succulent and barista coffee for the first 150 guests at 89 Clementine Boulevard on Saturday, April 6 from 10am to noon.

Stockland WA general manager Col Dutton said guests are encouraged to take a tour of the homes, which would appeal to a range of buyers including families, first-home buyers and downsizers.

“The Terraces offer the ultimate lock-and-leave lifestyle in beautifully designed homes with a clever open-plan design and low-maintenance front and rear gardens all on their own green title, meaning owners don’t have to worry about ongoing strata fees,” he said.

“The homes are a smart buy for people who don’t have a lot of time on their hands to maintain a home but still want to enjoy the benefits of living in a thriving neighbourhood with friendly outdoor spaces and landscaped laneways for extra entertaining space.”

Residents have easy access to public transport and the Kwinana Freeway, as well as the Cockburn Train Station.

They also get access to free outdoor yoga, boxing and cross-training sessions, an RSPCA dog school, school holiday activities for children and outdoor movie nights.

There is the option of joining a weekly park run on Saturday mornings.
