THE Fremantle Dockers will enter round three of the AFL season without a win after being trumped at home by Gold Coast Suns.

The Suns stunned the Dockers with a 26-point win at Subiaco oval on Saturday night, built largely off a seven-goal second term.

After entering the major break with a five-goal lead the Suns never lost their nerve, holding on to record what many consider the club’s best win in its short history.

Tom Lynch booted five goals and Jack Martin chimed in with four.

Aaron Hall gathered 32 disposals while two-time Brownlow medallist Gary Ablett finished with 23 disposals and a goal.

For Fremantle Nat Fyfe gathered 34 disposals and booted three goals.

Hayden Ballantyne booted four goals from eight disposals and Michael Walters finished with three majors.

The Dockers next play West Coast at Subiaco oval on Saturday night.
