Despite retiring last October after a TKO loss to Antonio Silva, the 38-year-old said another charge at the big-time could be on the cards.

“I needed time to heal up and think about what I wanted to do next,” he told the Gazette.

“I do have itchy feet to get back in there.

“There have been some talks, so we’ll see what happens.”

The Hulk has kept busy over the past eight months making movies and working on his soon-to-be-released book, Face Your Fears.

He also still trains numerous times a week.

The South Lake local said he would fulfil book and film obligations before seriously considering rebuilding for a professional return.

“I’ll always be a fighter,” he said.

“I just want to earn some money at the end of the day to put food on the table.”
