THE clean-out at Fremantle is well and truly taking shape after six players were culled today.
Midfielders Matt de Boer, Tendai Mzungu and Clancee Pearce, together with ruckman Jack Hannath, were told their contracts would not be extended.
Brady Grey and Josh Deluca were also cut but can train with the club with an eye on being re-listed during November’s draft period.

READ NOWFremantle’s football operations manager Chris Bond thanked the departures for their contribution to the club.
“Matt and Clancee came to the club via the 2008 Rookie Draft and Tendai in 2010 as a mature age recruit, with all three going on to forge 100-game careers at Fremantle,” he said.
“The fact that Matt, Tendai and Clancee were able to achieve such important career milestones is testament to their resilience, work ethic and commitment to the club.
“Jack is a fine young man who had a positive impact on the group and has worked really hard to establish himself as an AFL player in his four seasons at the club.”
De Boer hinted an exit was on the card earlier day when he tweeted an apparent goodbye.
