THE East Fremantle Junior Football Club added a bit of pink to their usual blue and white uniforms during their weekend games.

The club took part in the McGrath Foundation fundraiser Pull on Your Socks, with players, coaches and parents pulling on a pair of pink socks for all their matches.

The club's Year 4 assistant coach David Walden said club member Louisa McCall was the driving force behind getting all 15 teams, plus the Auskick players, taking part in the fundraiser.

"The club's goal was to raise $5000 through the purchase of the socks plus online and game day fundraising," he said.

"We are proud to be a part of the Australian sporting community who have all gotten together to support the McGrath Foundation," he said.
