Three East Fremantle players and seven from South Fremantle have been selected in the 40-man development squad, giving them the chance to hone their skills ahead of the State 18s Championships in June.
WAFC state talent manager Adam Jones said they were excited about the new group of players coming through.
“We are looking forward to working with this exciting young group and helping to develop them as footballers,” he said.

“Based on performances in the next two WAFL rounds and our three State trial games, players will then be selected from the Academy squad to represent Western Australia at the AFL National 18s Championship.”
