The opportunity came after the club won a competition run by the WACA to create a banner that incorporated the club’s name, with the sister of one of the players winning.

Treasurer Donna Paskov said that also included in the prize pack was $2000, which was handed over by Dennis Lillee.

‘A portion of the money will be put towards purchasing shirts for our volunteer coaches, managers and committee who provide the necessary functions for a community club to continue operating and the remaining money will be used to purchase training equipment,’ she said.
