CAPPING off a stellar year, Fremantle Docker and Brownlow medallist Nat Fyfe has added another award to his burgeoning collection after winning the WA Sports Federation Sports Star award.

The 24-year-old beat a field of 11 other finalists from a range of sports including half a dozen Olympic hopefuls, test cricketer Adam Voges, West Coast Fever’s Caitlin Bassett, Fremantle Sailing Club’s Matt Wearn and Royal Fremantle Golf Club’s Minjee Lee.

In 2015 Fyfe won the Brownlow, AFL Players Association MVP, the Herald Sun Player of the Year, WA Football Media’s AFL Player of the Year and ABC Radio’s Geoff Christian Medal.

Also winning on the night was Fremantle Netball Association former president Judith Pilatti, who won the Service to Sport Award, and Royal Fremantle’s Min Woo Lee the Special Achievement Award.
