Parent Kate Bird said her daughter enjoyed the Kids Cooking Club during the last school holidays.

“She was so proud of herself for cooking two delicious dishes in each class and the smile on her face was priceless,” she said.

“She can’t wait to come back and do some more cooking.”

The Kids Cooking Club is a great opportunity for children to learn about what they are eating and develop sound healthy eating habits.

Getting kids interested in food and how it is prepared is an ideal way to help children be responsible in the kitchen, and to help combat and prevent obesity and eating disorders at a later age.

The cost for each class is $25.75 per child.

Classes will be held on October 4 and 6 and will run from 9.15am to noon each day.

Bookings are essential.
