A SHORTAGE of residential land in Sinagra has triggered a new land release at Garden Park Heights estate.
The 17 lots in stage 10 at the Acumen Development Solutions estate measure 375sq m and start from $270,000.
Selling agent Mark Johnson said the well-priced blocks should sell quickly in the high-demand established area.
“These land prices give the opportunity for property buyers to build a brand new home at Garden Park Heights for less than the median established house price in Sinagra, which is currently around $460,000,” he said.
Nine lots in stages eight and nine from 359sq m to 1000sq m and starting at $272,950 remain for sale, including four 1000sq m lots in stage nine at $453,000.
