Koongamia to face Warwick Greenwood in Metro Football League preliminary final

KOONGAMIA face Warwick Greenwood in a Metro Football League preliminary final this Sunday.

Queens Park won straight through to the grand final after beating Koongamia 12.21 (93) to 10.8 (68) in Sunday’s second semi-final.

Warwick Greenwood made the preliminary final after ending Alkimos’ season in week one of the finals with a 13.15 (93) to 11.7 (73) win and solid performances from Matt Greenhouse and Mike Williams.

In the division 2 preliminary final, Dwellingup will play Innaloo.

Midland went through to the grand final after defeating Dwellingup 12.7 (79) to 11.9 (75).

Innaloo kept their season alive when they defeated Warwick Greenwood B in the first semi-final.

This Sunday’s preliminary finals at Robinson Reserve, Tuart Hill, start at noon (Dwellingup v Innaloo) and 2.30pm (Koongamia v Warwick Greenwood).
