MIDLAND-Guildford Cricket Club will host a four-day Futures League match at Lilac Hill.
The under-23 men’s game between WA and Queensland will run on November 23 between 10am and 5pm.
The players representing their respective states have been identified by Cricket Australia, the WACA and Queensland Cricket as likely Sheffield Shield representatives and possibly Test cricketers.
“We are very proud that our Lilac Park facilities have been recognized as the best Premier Cricket competition facilities in WA,” club secretary Dick Hutchison said.
“This recognition is a great honour for those associated with our Club including our players, supporters, City of Swan grounds people, and our Club’s administration volunteers.
“Midland-Guildford Cricket Club invites all cricket lovers to come along to Lilac Hill, nestled alongside the Swan River on West Swan Road in Guildford, to enjoy this free-of-charge top level cricket game.”
