Steph Audino is thrilled to be taking part in the Perth Fashion Festival and Styleaid this year.

The 23-year-old who earlier this year received the Premier’s Australia Day Active Citizenship Award said she has been working hard to expand her label and go beyond what she had accomplished last year.

Audino, who also won the Zomp STYLEAID Creative Designer Award, said she was looking forward to being part of the event, which showcases the best in local and international fashion.

‘Being part of STYLEAID is something that means a lot to me,’ she said.

‘I have worked backstage at the event and always dreamed that one day I will be a part of it and now I have been given this great opportunity by winning the award and be a part of the night to raise as much money as they can for the Aids Council.

‘I will be showcasing my SS13/14 collection title Euphoria for the first time along with a few special gowns that no one has seen “it’s something I have been working on since I won the award.’

Audino described her latest collection as one that was easy to wear and very colourful, opposed to her staple black seen in previous collections.

Euphoria, it’s just that, it makes you feel intense happiness and self-confident, when you are having one of ‘those days’ where you don’t feel great,’ she said.

‘The collection is so easy to wear, you can dress it up or down and it makes you feel great.’
