The City of Vincent, for the first time, has joined with the Perth Fashion Festival to present the Constellations event in September. It will take place on Oxford and Newcastle Streets with shop windows featuring live mannequins in WA fashion wares.
The Laneway Catwalk in the lane between Funky Bunches and Kailis Bros Fish Market will close the night. Constellations is on September 5.
