Mr Topelberg was first elected to council in the 2009 election and Mr Hallett won a position in the February extraordinary election.

Ms Nguyen ran in the February extraordinary election but was unsuccessful.

There was a voting turnout rate of 26.58 per cent for Vincent in the 2015 election.
