CITY of Perth Library will host a free forum on classical music this evening between 5.30pm and 6.30pm.

Beethoven for your IQ and EQ is inspired by Beethoven’s work and his statement that “music is the one incorporeal entrance into the higher world of knowledge which comprehends mankind but which mankind cannot comprehend”.
