MORE than 700 domestic and international university students will be able to move into the CBD’s Campus Perth from January next year.

The 11-storey Stirling Street co-living student hub will have share apartments for four and six people, rooms for two, private studio apartments and 3600sq m of communal areas.

The Link area is a co-working space with cluster tables, individual workstations and rooms for private meetings, while The Commons space will feature a multi-cultural environment with gaming, screening and a juice bar.

A fully-equipped fitness club will also be accessible for students.

GCP Hospitality chief executive and co-founder Christophe Vielle said the Campus Perth met a demand for an intercollegiate, inner city purpose-built student accommodation.

“The majority of shared student accommodation options (are) located in the outskirts of the city,” he said.

Campus Perth general manager Brian McHenry said Campus Perth’s rates would be fully inclusive of all accommodation fees, government rates, legal fees, management fees, electricity and water, Wi-Fi, airconditioning, washers and dryers and 24-7 security.
