MULTIPLE cars and a motorcycle were involved in a crash, leading to heavy traffic in Northbridge on Wednesday afternoon.
Police believed there was a collision among four cars and a motorcycle near Newcastle and Fitzgerald streets at about 4pm.
A police spokesperson said the motorcycle rider was walking around and the crash did not seem to be serious.

Fitzgerald and Newcastle streets were closed off but the crash has since been cleared.
However, the traffic remains heavy in the Northbridge area.
Main Roads advised motorists to exercise caution while driving in the area.
