Mr Edwards was reportedly “examined on oath” regarding the CCC report, which found Lord Mayor Lisa Scaffidi failed to declare gifts and travel in her 2008-2009 annual return.
The council agreed to reimburse Mr Edwards $2860 at a meeting last week, after expenses incurred in his role from 2002-2012.
