Julian WrightEastern Reporter

RELOCATING has meant an expansion of space and classes for CirQuest Circus.

The circus school, run by Disco Cantito Association, this year moved from a restrictive shared space in Osborne Park to its new premises in North Perth, which has enabled it to hold day classes and classes for pre-school aged children.

Disco Cantito Incorporated general manager Isobel Lyall they taught trapeze, aerial silk, acrobatics, juggling, diabolo, flower sticks, hula hoops, mini-trampoline, stilt walking and unicycle.

“Relocating from Perth City Farm to a shared space in Osborne Park six months ago required a few compromises,” she said.

“We weren’t able to do any activities during the day, which meant several of our most popular classes had to be discontinued.

“We’re thrilled to say those classes are all back now.

“We’ve been able to run our Play to Learn preschool circus, Messy Play for preschoolers, and Family circus for homeschooling families again.”

CirQuest Circus will hold an open day on April 8.
