NEW and returning City of Vincent councillors were sworn in Tuesday night and Susan Gontaszewski named deputy mayor.
Cr Gontaszewski, who was re-elected in the 2015 local government election, replaced former deputy mayor Roslyn Harley, who remains as councillor.
Jonathan Hallett and Joshua Topelberg return for another term in South ward while Joanne Maree Fotakis and Alex Castle make their Vincent council debuts in North ward.
