The hell-themed Las Vegas-style bar was the first winner of the City of Perth Customer Service Awards.

The venue was voted by the public as the best customer service provider, with other businesses Guys Grooming, Voltage Espresso, the Margaret River Chocolate Factory and Moana also getting plenty of votes.

Lord Mayor Lisa Scaffidi presented the award to the bar’s general manager Chris Loeffler earlier this month, and said the venue was a good example of the service standard expected in Perth.

‘Devilles Pad is a truly memorable nightspot and it is fantastic to see that the customer service matches the impressive decor, entertainment and vibe,’ she said.

The awards run until September with each month’s winner receiving an award. The overall winner will be announced towards the end of the year.
