A MAN has been charged over an incident in East Perth yesterday in which he allegedly threatened police officers with a pair of scissors.
About 11.45am, officers on patrol approached the man on East Brook Terrace to speak to him.
Police allege the man became aggressive and threatened officers with a pair of scissors before they were able to restrain and arrest him.
The man, from Dunsborough, has been charged with assaulting a public officer, unlawful act or omission with intent to harm and doing an act which the life, safety or health of a person was endangered.
He is due to appear before the Perth Magistrates Court today.
