LEEDERVILLE is set to stop traffic with a celebration of food, entertainment and culture.
After the success of last year’s LeedyPalooza, the City of Vincent and Leederville Connect’s festival is back with nine events this February.
Newcastle Street will remain closed near the Oxford Street intersection to create a village square.

“LeedyPalooza is an award-winning, whimsical and wildly fun adventure in Leederville, and we are so excited to welcome it back again,” she said.
Unfair Day will see LeedyPalooza turn the iconic street fair on its head on Sunday, February 10, while everyone is invited to pop on their dancing shoes for Dancin’ in the Street on Sunday, February 17.
Dancin’ in the Street producer Mel Naumoff said the event would take over the area with three streets of dance.
“I’m excited about having a time and place to get the dance community together,” she said.
There will also be a string of specially-themed evenings, including a Latin Fiesta, a long table dinner, block party and more.
It all kicks off on February 8 and runs through till February 17.
All events are free with the exception of the long table dinner.
