FOLLOWING on from Leedypalooza, Leederville is keen to keep the street party going.

Leedy Streets Open takes place in the town centre for the next two Sundays from 4pm to 9pm, with the streets closed to cars to create a family-friendly space.

Have a go at street cricket or tennis, and relax under a Hills Hoist.

“We wanted to capture the old school neighbourhood feel when you could have a game of cricket or tennis on the street or in your backyard, and enjoy getting together with your friends on a warm summer’s day,” Mayor Emma Cole said.
