Light Up Leederville Carnival: launch gives taste of what’s to come

Julian WrightEastern Reporter

THE fifth Light Up Leederville Carnival program launch lit up tastebuds today with a long table lunch in the heart of Leederville.

Several eateries treated attendees with a taste of their menus with a 10-course meal while being entertained outside of Duende on the corner of Newcastle Street and Carr Place.

The light up event, which takes place on Sunday, December 4, will feature a street lights ceremony in which the Christmas lights are turned on, brewery launch, food village, pop up restaurants and open air live art gallery and DJs.
