PERTH Lord Mayor Lisa Scaffidi has refused to resign despite 45 breach allegations and 29 undeclared gifts.
The Guardian Express and other media were given 30 minutes notice to attend the Lord Mayor’s snap press conference.
Doors were sealed with the Guardian Express and City of Perth staffers locked out of the conference after arriving minutes late.
