A MAN who fell 10m from a Howard Street building was taken to Royal Perth Hospital with serious injuries early this morning.

A WA Police spokesman said police were advised of an alarm being activated on the street at 2.45am.

“The attending officers conducted a search of the building and located significant damage to glass panels, doors and furniture in several rooms,” the spokesman said.

“Whilst searching the third floor, the police officers identified a man that had climbed out of a window.”

The spokesman said the man appeared to lose his grip and fell 10m to the ground.
