A PADBURY man (31) is in hospital after a violent robbery in the Northbridge Piazza area on James Street about 3.40am this morning.
Perth police said the man and three others had an argument with another group in the Piazza and was hit several times in the face and body before his mobile phone and wallet were stolen.
The attacking group left by going north on Lake Street, and dispersed before St John Ambulance paramedics arrived and took the injured man to Royal Perth Hospital.
