AAPEastern Reporter

A 50-year-old man has indicated he will plead guilty to attacking and threatening to kill a teenage girl near an alleyway in Perth.

Police say the 15-year-old girl was attacked while jogging in Mount Lawley on August 18, 2017, but she broke free and ran away.

Sean Wood appeared in Perth Magistrates Court on Thursday via video link from prison, charged with offences including assault with intent to commit a crime.
