IF your eyes are sometimes bigger than your stomach, Northbridge Brewing Company may be the place for you this week.
The week-long Man vs Food II challenge kicked off today, with a supersized menu for people to try on their own or with friends.
Duncraig’s Ryan Brown was the first person to tuck into the menu at the Northbridge eatery today.
The FIFO worker, who flies back to site today, took up the challenge with the ‘jacked up double Angus burger’.
The burger includes two meat patties, bacon, lettuce, tomato, beer cheese, Angus mustard, aioli, ketchup, pickles, onion rings and beer battered chips.
Challengers can choose between seven items, including a 1kg bucket of fried chicken, a Cuban ‘manwich’ (one-and-a-half feet of sweet, sour and salty pig in a sandwich) and 1kg of mac and cheese popcorn.
The challenge runs until Sunday, November 15.
