The FIFO worker, who flies back to site today, took up the challenge with the ‘jacked up double Angus burger’.

The burger includes two meat patties, bacon, lettuce, tomato, beer cheese, Angus mustard, aioli, ketchup, pickles, onion rings and beer battered chips.

Challengers can choose between seven items, including a 1kg bucket of fried chicken, a Cuban ‘manwich’ (one-and-a-half feet of sweet, sour and salty pig in a sandwich) and 1kg of mac and cheese popcorn.

The challenge runs until Sunday, November 15.
