Menora Bethanie on the Park development begins

THE construction of the Bethanie on the Park development commenced with a turning of the sod ceremony marking the occasion on July 12.

Construction on the Menora development is expected to take up to 14 months and when complete, apartments will feature one or two bedrooms, modern kitchens with built-in appliances, reverse cycle airconditioning, secure car park and storage facility and service packages, including linen laundering and weekly cleaning.

Bethanie chief executive Chris How said the innovative offering would bring a new level of assisted living to Perth’s inner suburbs.

There will also be a residential care facility built onsite in future stages of the development.

The Village, at 2 Plantation Street, Menora is open Fridays from 10am to 12pm.
