Motorcyclist injured in Perth crash

A MAN is in a serious but stable condition after a crash in North Perth this morning.

The incident occurred about 11.30am at the intersection of Vincent and Fitzgerald Streets and involved a car and a motorcycle.

A St John Ambulance spokesperson said two people were taken to Royal Perth Hospital.

The spokesperson said the motorcyclist, a man in his 60s, received multiple injuries and was taken at priority speed.

He is listed as being in a serious but stable condition.

The driver, a man in his 20s, was taken to hospital as a precaution at normal road speed.

Meanwhile, a two-car collision in Hazelmere caused a female driver to receive minor injuries.

The crash near Bushmead Road and Central Ave happened minutes after the North Perth incident and a female driver was taken to hospital for precaution.
