MOUNT Lawley Primary School students can now cross Clifton Crescent safely.

A traffic warden was stationed at the intersection for the first time for the beginning of Term 3.

School P and C representative Annaliese Grubisich said parents had been concerned about the high traffic volume at the intersection.

“The P and C began the process to alleviate safety concerns for students crossing Clifton Crescent when making their way to and from school,’ she said.

She thanked Mr Millman for his efforts.

Mr Millman said safety was a priority.

“I value the concerns of our local P and Cs so I’m thrilled to deliver a solution that so many residents have been calling for,” he said.

“I’d like to commend the hard work of Cavelle and the P&C because it’s a testament to what our community can achieve when we work together.”
