Noongar artist shares stories and creates art with collaborators for Naidoc Week

NOONGAR artist Wendy Hayden led a community art project at Parmelia House as part of Naidoc Week.

Commissioned by Hawaiian, Ms Hayden spent time with dozens of people in the building lobby where they shared personal stories and collaborated on artwork.

Ms Hayden began painting in 2000 with her father’s encouragement.
