One punch victim critical in Royal Perth Hospital

A MAN in his 20s is in a critical condition in Royal Perth Hospital after an alleged one-punch attack near King Street, Perth about 9pm last Saturday.

Police said the attacker, the victim and his brother argued in a nearby licensed premises, and when the brothers left they followed by the attacker.

The man punched his victim in the jaw, who fell and hit his head on the pavement.

The attacker was chased to James Street, Northbridge where he attempted to punch one of the victim’s friends.

The attacker was described as 20-25, with a slim to medium build and short dark hair, wearing a long-sleeve white shirt, dark long pants and dark shoes.
