THE Over the Fence Comedy Film Festival is back this month to tickle funny bones.
This year marks the 19th edition of the festival, making it the longest touring comedy film festival in Australia.
The festival boasts films from the point of view of 15 up and coming filmmakers, including Hannah Ngo who produced the WA-made Carnal Privlige.
Carnal Privlige is a 10-minute short film about a band of the same name primed for their big break at ‘Veg-Fest’, when fate intervenes and their car hits a kangaroo.
