Pan Pacific Perth helps make Christmas wishes come true

Keren BellosEastern Reporter

PAN Pacific Perth is helping make the Christmas wishes of chronically and terminally ill kids come true.

The hotel’s lobby has a “Make a Wish” tree that will decorated in stars bought by guests and visitors through a donation to the Starlight Children’s Foundation.

There will also be a Starlight muffin offered at the cafe daily, with all proceeds going to the charity, and tap-and-go facilities for a quick donation by credit card.

Pan Pacific Perth general manager Rob Weeden said Christmas was a time to celebrate with family

and loved ones, but his team recognised it could be a very difficult time for families with ill children.

“Pan Pacific Perth works closely with Starlight to assist in raising funds for this cause, which is close to

the heart of our hotel,” he said.

“For many years, we have hosted the Starlight Five Chefs Dinner, so we are pleased to extend the

depth of our partnership with Starlight in Perth this Christmas.

“Even small donations can make a huge difference.”

Donations will be accepted until the end of December.
