A CHRISTIAN Brother has been jailed for two-and-a-half years in Western Australia for sexually abusing a boy more than 50 years ago.
James Brian Hamilton, 84, pleaded guilty to one count of indecently dealing with the 13-year-old boy in Kalgoorlie in 1964.
He was sentenced in the WA District Court in Perth on Friday and must serve at least half his sentence before he can be eligible for parole.
