PERTH College student Siobhan Cotchin’s (16) future in the arts looks bright.

The singer/songwriter’s song All Night All Right is a finalist for the West Australian Music (WAM) Song of the Year in the schools 15 to 17 years category.

The rising superstar scored a spot performing at the Fairbridge Festival’s backlot stage last weekend after her song Adjusted Reality won the 16- to 18-years category at the Fairbridge Festival Quest in March.

There has not been much down time for Siobhan, who took the real role of Elle Woods in a school production of Legally Blonde in February.

It was an adaptation of the 2001 box office hit of the same name starring Reece Witherspoon in the lead role.

The WAM awards will be announced at a ceremony at the Fremantle Maritime Museum on May 17.
