A PERTH man who killed his brother and a young couple in a high speed car crash while he was affected by drugs and alcohol has been jailed for 12-and-a-half years.
Matthew John Conduit, 27, caused a crash in December 2015 that killed his 19-year-old brother Ashley De Agrela and de facto couple Kyrone Eades and Amy-Lee Armstrong, the parents of three young children.
Shortly after police aborted a pursuit of the vehicle, Conduit crashed into a tree.
The WA District Court heard that he was affected by methamphetamine and alcohol at the time of the crash.
