PERTH Modern School students screened their short film at Scitech Planetarium in July as part of the Picture Happiness on Earth program.
About 100 people gathered to watch short films made by Perth high school students, also from Ashdale Secondary College, Cecil Andrews Senior High School and John Curtin College of the Arts, about their idea of happiness.
Leon Smith from Scitech said the students had different interpretations of global happiness.
“The skills the students developed in data interpretation and using the Geo-Palette software allowed them to tell a really compelling story, and I think that came across clearly in the final videos,” he said.
