POLICE say the man pictured is suspected of attempting to steal mail at Eastgate Apartments, Newcastle Street, Perth, about 9.45am on June 16
Senior Sergeant Craig Davis said several letter boxes were damaged in attempts to break into them.
The man was described as dark skinned, slim, about 175cm tall, 20-25 years with dark brown hair and a beard.
