A MULTITUDE of local musicians are set to strut their stuff at the Courtyard Club.
The State Theatre Centre courtyard will become a hub of free live music from November, with the eight-week series back for another year.
The event is a collaboration between the host Centre, Perth Theatre Trust and RTRFM, who will broadcast live from the event.
Lead singer of Raksha, Amber Scates, will take to the stage for the first concert.
“It’s my first time coming along, it seems like a great atmosphere,” she said.
“I’m looking forward to having a great time with the other bands and playing tunes.”
Raksha will share the spotlight with Mal Der Mer, Izatang, DJ Girlname and local favourite Timothy Nelson.
“I’ve been a bit out of the loop holed up writing new music, so it’ll be good to come out,” Mr Nelson said.
“I’ve got a bunch of new toys – I’ve been trying new sounds in the studio, so I’ll bring those with me.”
The Courtyard Club kicks off at 5pm on Friday, November 2, at the State Theatre Centre courtyard.
