Perth set for sunny weekend as summer starts to make itself noticed

Ben SmithEastern Reporter

It is set to be a great weekend of weather in Perth, as it slowly starts to feel more and more like summer.

Thankfully, there will be no repeat of Monday’s 35 degree day, with temperatures set to be slightly cooler and more manageable for those who dislike the heat.

According to the Bureau of Meteorology, Saturday is promising to be a perfect summer day, with a top of 28 degrees forecast and a gentle breeze rolling through in the morning, before more moderate winds hit the city later in the day.

Meanwhile, Sunday is expected to be warmer, albeit slightly, with a maximum of 31 degrees currently predicted, a perfect temperature for a trip to the beach.

Heading into next week, the nice weather looks like it will stick around, with the temperature currently expected to range between 26 and 31 degrees between Monday and Thursday.
