ACTIVEWEAR ONCE Upon a Run will make its Perth Fashion Festival debut with acrobatics this month.
The Spring/Summer collection from West Coast Fever’s Shae Brown and her West Coast Eagles player husband Mitch’s label will be revealed on Sunday, September 25.
Models will strut the catwalk in the new line while being accompanied by gymnasts Matt Harvey and Jason Ahipene from Movement Co on suspended rings at the end of the runway.

The athletes turned fashionistas said their experience in their respective careers coupled with Shae’s “tomboy aesthetic rule” informed the designs.
“Having that little bit of masculine inspiration is something we consider when we’re designing,” Shae said.
Mitch said throughout their careers, the pair had worn everything from tights to track pants, so they knew what they want and did not want from their active wear.
Shae, who studied design at university, said the festival was the perfect opportunity to get their new line and rebranding out in the open.
“This is our first time in the festival,” Shae said.
“It’s going to be a real high energy show; we wanted to take part because it’s a little more relatable to the every day customer, which is what our line trades as well.
“We want people to be able to perform well as well as being in comfort while they’re doing it.
“We’ve totally rebranded, it’s a different look for us to what we’ve done before; it’s not revolutionising what we’ve done, it’s just improving upon we have done.”
