The Lord Mayor said Winter Supper Club delivers on Perth’s “passion for exploring new food trends and the City’s unique laneway culture”, with the market extended into the adjacent laneway for July and August.

“Some stalls that started at Winter Supper Club – like Sue Lewis Chocolatier, still a market favourite – have proven so popular they’ve gone on to open permanent city retail outlets,” she said.

Two new food trucks are making their Winter Supper Club debut: Big El’s Nino Mexican Cantina brings Latin American fusion dishes like chilli dogs, garlic sweet potato wedges and chipotle fries; and the Wooden Box Cart offers treats including peri peri chicken or bean nachos, tortillas and stuffed potato skins; Nutella brioche with berry compote; and maple chocolate waffle sticks with cream.

Popular stalls selling crepes, Japanese noodles, sticky pork ribs, vegetarian gumbo, gourmet soup, meatballs, duck confit and truffle burgers, ravioli and gnocchi are all back, with most stalls offering vegetarian and/or gluten-free options.

Also returning to Winter Supper Club is SeSame Cuisine with lamb shanks and couscous, and crumbed halloumi with cranberry, and Twilight Hawkers Market favourite Marcelita’s Empanadas.
