Police are on the hunt for a man with a mullet after a hit and run in West Perth on Saturday.

POLICE are on the hunt for a man with a “mullet style” haircut, who they believe may have been involved in an alleged hit and run in West Perth on Saturday night.

The crash occurred just before 9.30pm when a blue Audi sedan that was travelling west along Bulwer Street, hit a Toyota Kluger with six people in it, that was travelling north on Fitzgerald Street.

Police allege the male driver fled the scene on foot.

Six people in the Toyota Kluger were treated for minor injuries, including a six-year-old and 13-year-old boy, who were taken to Perth Children’s Hospital, but have since been released.

Police believe the Audi was stolen prior to the crash.

Police are wanting to speak with a man they believe may be able to help with their enquiries.

He is described as fair skinned, aged in his 40’s, approximately 190cm tall, brown/grey hair in a mullet’style, with a beard and dark grey clothing.
