LETTERBOXES were prised open and letters were taken at the Eastgate apartments, Newcastle Street, Perth between 5.19pm and 5.24pm on November 24.

Police said letters were often used by criminals for identity fraud and any valuable contents would be stolen.

A woman, with two men, was seen at the letterboxes.

She was described as dark skinned, slim, with long black hair tied to the back.

She wore a white and grey sweater, black pants, black shoes with a red sole, a dark blue baseball cap and carried a grey and pink bag.
