POLICE are investigating after a woman was found with serious injuries in Wellington Square last night.
The woman was taken to Royal Perth Hospital after being found just after 10pm last night with serious but non life-threatening injuries.
She had reportedly suffered severe facial injuries and was listed as being in a stable condition.
